Terms and Conditions

1. Cancellations
A placed order can be canceled without any problems if the order hasn’t been sent to production yet. If the product is already in production, that means that data and money have already been transferred to the print provider. Cancellation is not possible after the product is in production.
2. Product substitutions and variations in color
If the original product your ordered is no longer available, we will send you a alternate similar product. If an exact product match is unavailable, it will be replaced by a product of similar quality, color, and material. Also, you understand that the final colors of your product may vary from what you saw on your computer screen since colors do not match exactly between computer monitors and the colors of the actual item.
3. Limited Warranty
We offer a 30 day limited warranty against defects. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that the colors and details in our website images are 100% accurate representations of a Product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate. In case of a warranty issue, your sole remedy is replacement of the item or full refund.
4. Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If a product arrived damaged or flawed due to some manufacturing error, we will happily offer a refund (or free replacement including shipping) of the damaged item as long as you contact us within 30 days of receipt. You will need to send us photo evidence of the item’s damage.
5. Returns
We don’t require sending in any flawed or damaged items. If one of these unfortunate circumstances does pop up, we’re content with photo evidence.
6. Shipping
Please make sure your shipping information is complete and correct when placing an order. After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use a tracking number or link.
7. Changing your mind after purchase
If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their minds regarding a sale, no refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.
8. Payments
We offer Stripe and PayPal as payment gateways. You can select which payment gateway you wish to use at checkout.
9. Copyright and Trademark Responsibility.
You agree and represent by accepting this Agreement and using our Services that you own all rights (including copyrights) for the Content you post, or if you are not the owner, that you have permission to use and reproduce the Content in connection with the Services, and that you have all of the rights required to post your Content. Likewise, by accepting this Agreement and using our Services, you agree and represent that you own or have permissions to use all copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and trade names incorporated into the Content you post or use in connection with any Content and the Services provided under this Agreement. You agree to indemnify us for any costs and/or damages related to claims/actions for any copyright or trademark disputes related to your content.
10. Legal
This Agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA. Any dispute resolution must take place in a venue/location closest to Wake County, North Carolina.
You agree that all disputes that are not resolved after direct communication shall be be resolved by arbitration on an individual basis, rather than by trial or class actions.
